I Told You So

* Check out the latest Metro News article entitled, "Diary of a Breakdown in Santa Clara County's Juvenile Justice System." A well-written factual article of how a mother is trying to fight for her son's rights in the juvenile system.

* A Psychologist referred a Family Therapist to me because her grand-daughter was taken from their family by CPS. There's something ironic about all of that for some reason. Anyway, in talking to her I was able to guess who the Judge was overseeing her case. She was pretty impressed with that.

* Another report was received of a Social Worker telling a father, in a supervised-visit with his daughter that if he gave her a piece of candy, the visitation would be ended right then and there. Aside from the ridiculousness of it, reportedly the Judge had ordered that it was okay to give a piece of candy to the daughter. Pretty sad that a Judge has to make a ruling on such a thing.

* I received a request to help on a situation of a father molesting his grand-daughter which I think I mentioned in an earlier posting. I alerted the San Rafael Police Department a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything back. Guess I'll have to call up and find out what's the deal on this.
