Psychs Pervert Court System & Destroy Lives

Of course, you don't need to believe me but I wouldn't suggest personally experiencing it yourself. Here's a couple of items for you to help decide:

This young lady had her children taken away in Alameda:

Their PhD recommended that they do (psych) med monitoring since I had not complied with medication previously. I didn't find out what her report said until just recently. In fact, I wasn't taking the meds when I saw her, but I was scared silly to tell her that due to the threat that was made to me by the John George doctor. I just answered her generically when asked about medication. Again, I had no symptoms when I was sent to JG, but they said that I had to take the medication if I wanted to see my kids - which they ended up not letting me do. I have copies of all my medical records & there are so many inconsistencies that it is not even funny. My name wrong, marital status, things that I never said, exaggerations, ect...

"just a side note - the patients in John George need more advocates to stand by them, give them advice & help them fight for their rights. Had I not been soooo scared, I would not have taken the meds while there so I could prove to them all that I never needed it. It was REALLY sad seeing some of the people there - some of them very sick, others so doped up on meds that they
wanted to sleep all day, others I'm sure a little love/care or PTSD treatment, etc. would help.)"

"Ms Cutina Maddox, an 'assessor' for the family court services has recommended that an 11 year old child continue to live in an abusive home, despite an overwhelming amount of evidence, that she has been abused, and will continue to be abused. The abuser in this case is her mother. The child has told Ms. Maddox, that she is living in a home, where she is constantly being yelled at by her mother.

"The father is an exemplary parent. He has been fighting this for six years, in two different courts. The first court, evaluated the mother, Helena G*****, and described her as being "Narcisstic, Manipulative, and Controlling". Her manipulating has included such tactics as accusing the child's father of molesting the daughter. (How Original!) That was her claim to the very first judge in this case. This judge saw it for the obvious lie it was, and told the mother's attorney, that her client was obviously lying. No less than three judges, have called Ms. G****** a liar to her face, and yet they continue to allow her to submit lie after lie to the court. When the father documented all of Ms. G*****'s lies to the Family Court Services assessor, she simply ignored it, and the child's pleas to be put with her father, who not even Ms. G****** has faulted as a parent, and instead has decided to grill the father, because Ms. G****** is displeased with the airline ticket he buys, so his daughter can fly to Southern California, to spend a few hours with her Daddy, the only place where she feels safe.

"This gives great credence to the growing belief, that our family court system deliberately will place a child in an abusive home, knowing fully well, that the wronged parent will do everything they can to protect their child. http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=CJEMarin The judge in this case, Nancy Bernardini, seems to be somewhat aware of the deceptions, peddled by Ms. G***** and her attorney. Unfortunately, Family Court Services is not doing their part, in making sure that the judge receives accurate information Family Court Services was to do an 'assessment' Instead, they give a recommendation, with absolutely no information to indicate why they have made such a recommendation. This leaves the opposing party to try to blindly fight the recommendation, without being able to address any specific issues. I contacted Lili Genz, the director of Family Court Services in San Jose, and she all but hung up on me, refusing to discuss her assessor's recommending that the child continue to live in an abusive home."

"The last time I saw a Dr. Hughey in Pleasanton, I recorded the conversation, and he AGAIN wrote a "bogus report". I wrote him a letter asking if he's a QME (qualified medical examiner), etc., & he of course didn't respond. Also, Dr. Rudolph Cook in San Jose. I don't know what the significance of '12/90' is ? They won't answer that either.

"I wrote to the medical board of CA & gave a list of Doctor's names & addresses. I then sent a CERTIFIED mail/return receipt since they didn't answer me. I'm still awaiting a reply.

"They are ALL violating my CIVIL & HUMAN RIGHTS . . . retaliation for my complaints against them, etc."
