The county's referal, although no reasons to make such referal, was an act of impropriety. Feeling as though he had nothing to hide and to further disclose his innocence, the African American man underwent some frustrating and humiliating encounters with the psychologist and his assistant. <br /><br />The racist psychologist is Stewart B. Nixon. He also made a racist comment regarding President Obama and service men of color alluding to them being placed in fields and treated like animals. His sexist assistant is Pat Potter McAndrews, who ignored the facts presented to her and lied in her report. There practices and machines used are dated.
